1. ATHLETE DATA COLLECTION
Hardcore Esports collects essential competitive credentials required to arbitrate leagues, verify identities, and distribute prize rewards: Full Legal Name, Athlete Username, Email Address, WhatsApp Contact (for live room coordination), and Game Character IDs (PUBG Mobile UID, Riot ID, Steam ID, Epic ID).
2. TELEMETRY PRIVACY CONTROLS
Every athlete retains sovereignty over their public profile visibility. Through Account Settings, competitors can selectively toggle whether their digital passport or tournament telemetry is listed on public circuit leaderboards.
3. FINANCIAL DATA & PAYMENT RECEIPT ENCLAVES
Payment transaction screenshots and reference vouchers uploaded for cup validation are secured in private, non-public directory enclaves accessible exclusively to certified operations finance arbiters.
