WHAT IS A HARDCORE PLAYER ID (HCE)?
Your Hardcore Player ID (e.g. HCE000001) is your permanent digital passport within the Hardcore Esports ecosystem. A single ID links all your game profiles across PUBG Mobile, Valorant, CS2, and Fortnite, manages your squad invitations, and archives all your career tournament stats.
HOW DO I REGISTER FOR TOURNAMENTS WITH MY SQUAD?
1. Create a Team in your Player Console under "Team Management".
2. Invite teammates using their exact Hardcore Player IDs.
3. Once your roster meets the tournament format requirement (e.g. 4 players for Squad, 2 for Duo, 1 for Solo), the Captain navigates to the tournament page and registers the squad.
WHERE DO I FIND ROOM ID AND PASSWORD BEFORE MATCH TIME?
Room credentials unlock automatically on the tournament dossier page and in your Player Dashboard exactly 15 minutes before scheduled match start for all approved and paid participants. You must enter within 10 minutes.
WHAT PAYMENT CHANNELS ARE ACCEPTED FOR ENTRY FEES?
We accept Easypaisa, JazzCash, Nayapay, Sadapay, and Direct Inter-Bank Fund Transfers. During tournament registration, transfer instructions are provided. After completing payment, upload your transaction reference ID and screenshot proof for rapid arbiter approval.
HOW ARE PRIZE POOLS TRANSFERRED TO WINNERS?
Following post-match score auditing and a 30-minute dispute window, prize funds are released directly to the Team Captain's designated account via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Wire within 24–48 hours, accompanied by an official receipt voucher.
